Nach neustem Update verliert mein Telefon die Verbindung zur DECT-Basisstation

Hallo Community,

seit dem neusten Update meines Speedport Smart 3 (010137.4.6.001.0) verliert mein Festnetztelefon nach wenigen Sekunden die Verbindung zur DECT -Basisstation. Ich kann über die Konfigurationsseite des Speedport und mein Mobilteil das Anmelden initialisieren. Das Mobilteil meldet dann eine Verbindung, trennt diese aber nach wenigen Sekunden wieder. Das Neustarten beider Geräte hatte keinen Effekt. Habt ihr eine Idee?

Update 1: Ein Zurücksetzen der DECT -Einstellungen hatte ebenso keinen Effekt.

    In solchen Fällen kann eine erneute Installation des Updates helfen, und zwar manuell von: https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/geraete-zubehoer/router/speedport-smart-3/firmware-speedport-smart-3  Anschließend den Smart 3 nochmals manuell neu starten, dann das Telefon anmelden.

    Es handelt sich um ein Medion Telefon MD83670. Die Neuinstallation des Updates veranlasse ich jetzt. Danke schonmal.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
