Nach Abbrüchen nur noch 189Mbits statt 250Mbits

Hallo, ich habe nun nach einem sehr netten Techniker Besuch, der eine TAE Dose tot gelegt und die andere Hauptdose getauscht hat, nur noch 189 Mbits statt den 250 Mbits davor. Was kann das sein? Am APL kommen auch nur um die 191 Mbits an, laut Techniker.
