Merge Accounts

Hi, 
I'm trying to merge my account from https://breitband.telekom-dienste.de to https://account.idm.telekom.com/account-manager/contracts but has been proving a nightmare, neither of my account information is recognized by the system, such Benutzer or Festnetz.
As a beginner in German, I don't find any hotline in English to try to fix it.
How can I proceed in this case?

      Hi @bbertolani.

      Unfortunately this is not possible.

      You can not manage your "MagentaZuhause Regio" landline connection via the Telekom Customer Center alone.

      For this reason, you have received a separate access to https://breitband.telekom-dienste.de

      Hello @bbertolani.

      Unfortunately, we don't have a hotline where we provide support in English exclusively.

      Many of our customer advisors can speak English on the regular hotline, though.

      If you need help, it is also possible that I call you and assist you in your request.
