Mein bereits gekündigten Vertrag zu Prepaid Umwandeln

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

hab da eine Frage mein Vertrag ist seit heute ausgelaufen und auch abgeschaltet nun ist es meine Frage ob ich noch meinen abgeschalteten Vertrag zu Prepaid umwandeln kann und dann wenn ich mich entschieden hab zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln inkl Rufnummer Mitnahme? Wenn ja wie ich das am besten machen kann weil momentan ich auch die Hotline nicht anrufen kann?

    @OrkunGul,

    vielen Dank für das sehr nette Telefonat von vorhin. Wie besprochen, habe ich den Vertrag reaktiviert und einen Tarifwechsel auf den Tarif MagentaMobil Prepaid XL vorgenommen. Die Nummer kann wieder genutzt werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
