MagentaEINS-Vorteil von altem auf neuen Vertrag umbuchen bzw. kündigen

Hallo!

 

Ich habe einen Telekom-Festnetzvertrag und einen MagentaMobil-Vertrag. Beide sind verknüpft und ich nutze den MagentaEINS-Vorteil.

Jetzt möchte ich einen neuen MagentaMobil-Vertrag abschließen und für diesen neuen Vertrag den MagentaEINS-Vorteil nutzen.

 

Der bestehende/alte MagentaMobil-Vertrag ist zu Juni 2020 gekündigt. Das soll auch so bleiben!!!

Kann ich jetzt schon den MagentaEINS-Vorteil beim auslaufenden Vertrag kündigen, so dass er direkt für den neuen MagentaMobil-Vertrag frei wird? Kann ist das online machen, OHNE dass sich die Vertragslaufzeit des bestehenden/gekündigten MagentaMobil-Vertrags wieder verlängert bzw. die Kündigung zurückgenommen wird? Die Kündigung soll nämlich auf jeden Fall bestehen bleiben.

Oder muss ich den MagentaEINS-Vorteil beim Festnetzvertrag kündigen? Online?

Oder kann der MagentaEINS-Vorteil auch später noch, nach Auslaufen des aktuellen Vertrages, auf den neu abzuschließenden Vertrag übertragen werden?

    Hallo @Vertrags-Altkunde ich würde es über den Chat machen, die können den MagentaEins Vorteil Verknüpfung ändern! Alterativ kannst du auch auf einen Teami warten! Befülle mal dein Profil damit sich dann gleich ein Teami melden kanN!

    Hallo @Vertrags-Altkunde,

    den M1 Vorteil kann man jederzeit ändern, von einem Vertrag auf den anderen ändern lassen. Man kann diesen auch erst später, nachdem dein jetziger Vertrag ausgelaufen ist, auf den dann neuen Vertrag setzen lassen. Alles kein Problem. Sobald du also eine Änderung wünschst, sag einfach bescheid und wir werden tätig. Kannst du aber auch über den Chat oder den telefonischen Kundenservice in die Wege leiten lassen. Wie du möchtest.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
