Hallo ich habe eine kurze Frage. Meine Schwiegereltern haben einen Festnetzanschluss bei der Telekom, den ich leider noch nicht auf forFriends umgestellt werden konnte (denke wegen der Vertragslaufzeit). Nun wollte ich eine Prepaid Karte forFriends zu dem Festnetzvertrag dazubuchen, dann sagt er mir, dass lt. Prüfung keine Berechtigung für MagentaEins besteht. Geht das bei der Kombination Festnetz ohne forFriends und Prepaid forFriends nicht??

      @martina76  nein du kannst keine "ohne" for Friends mit einer for Friends Prepaid Karte oder anderen Mobilfunk for Friends Tarif kombnieren!

      @martina76  das sollte dir dein befreundeter Telkeom Mitarbeiter beantworten können! Ich denke du kannst im Zuge eines Upgrades auch vor Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit in einen For Frineds Magenta Zuhause Tarif wechseln, aber das geht ohnehin nur über den Personalverkauf durch den Telekom Mitarbeiter! Achja es gibt bei ForFriends MagentaEins keine Rabattierung der Grundgebühr bei Mobilfunk!

      Ich bin selber Mitarbeiter Zwinkernd Nur leider ist beim Personalverkauf niemand zu erreichen. Upgrade heißt ja auch, es müsste in einen höheren Tarif gewechselt werden, oder?

       

      Ist es denn möglich, eine vorhanden Prepaidkarte (ohne forFriends) auf den Jahrestarif umzustellen oder muss ich die Karte kündigen und den Jahrestarif neu beantragen?

      @martina76 du kannst ja die Umstellung auch über die Personalverkaufsseite im Intranet beauftragen! Genau beim Upgrade müsstest du einen höherwertigen Tarif wählen!

      Das mit der Preapiadkarte nicht for Freinds sollte kein Problem sein, diese in einen Jahrestarif zu wechseln!

      Dazu kann dir sicher jemand vom Team behilflich sein!

      @Gadich hat es gut gesagt. Fröhlich Ein Upgrade und eine Umstellung in das for Friends Segment ist erst zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit möglich. Bzgl. der Prepaid-Karte, der Wechsel auf unseren Prepaid-Jahrestarif kann jederzeit durchgeführt werden. Und auch der Punkt bzgl. des MagentaEINS Vorteils ist korrekt - die Kombination der Tarife ist Segmentübergreifend nicht möglich.

      Guten Tag @martina76,

      das Guthaben bleibt auf der Karte bestehen und kann zum Beispiel für weitere Dienste genutzt werden.

      Wenn ich bei dem Wechsel unterstützen darf, dann melde dich gerne.
