Magenta TV Box hängt sich auf

Hallo,

meine MagentaTV Box hängt sich über Nacht auf. Abends wird im Standby Modus abgeschaltet. Am anderen Morgen reagiert die Box nicht mehr. Erst nachdem die Box stromlos gemacht wird startet sie neu und man kann sie bedienen.
wo könnte das Problem liegen?
