magenta smarthome nach kündigung weiter nutzen

Ich habe den (kostenpflichtigen) Magenta SmartHome Dienst 24M gekündigt und möchte den (kostenlosen) Magenta SmartHome Dienst weiter nutzen. In Qivicon sehe ich meine Geräte incl. Zentrale. Bei Anmeldung in der App soll ich einen Aktivierungscode eingeben. Der mir am 03.04.17 mitgeteilte Code wird jedoch als ungültig verworfen. Wie kann ich die Zentrale in der App aktivieren und wieder Geräte verwalten bzw. Regeln etc. anlegen?

    Danke für den Tip. Habe mich bisher mit Email-Adresse und PW angemeldet, wie auch bei Telekom etc. und hat nicht funktioniert.

    Mit der Telekom-Kundennummer hat es jetzt funktioniert!

    wie telefonisch besprochen ist die Kündigung des Dienstes eingetragen.

    Nach der Kündigung des kostenpflichtigen Magenta Smarthome Pro Dienstes wir der Aktivierungscode deaktiviert.


    Möchten Sie Ihr System eingeschränkt mit der kostenlose Variante Magenta SmartHome weiternutzen, buchen Sie über die App neu.


    Den neuen Aktivierungscode bei “Mein Qivicon“ unter “PlugIn installieren“ eingegeben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
