LOB: Einrichtung Glasfaseranschluss

Liebes Telekom-Team,

ich muss der Telekom einfach mal mein Lob aussprechen: Die Einrichtung meines Glasfaseranschlusses über den Einrichtungsassistenten war ein Kinderspiel. Ich wurde super durch den Prozess geführt und habe alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten erledigt.


Dies vielleicht mal als positives Feedback hier, denn die problemlosen Fälle tauchen ja leider nirgendwo auf.

    Lob kann hier ausgesprochen werden:
    www.telekom.de/lob
    Dann kommt es auch bei dem Richtigen und seinem Vorgesetzten an.

    Danke auch für deinen positiven Beitrag.
    (Sind leider selten)

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
