Hallo,

ich habe am 17.7.22 eine online Bestellung für

MagentaZuhause M getätigt, für meinen Umzug, aber bis zum heutigen Tag 22.7.22 noch keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten. Ist das normal?

Auch im Kundencenter bei Auftragsstatus ist nichts zu sehen.

Kann mir irgendwer helfen?
