Kann die Telekom bereits vorhanden Glasfaserleitungen von einen anderen Anbieter nutzen (Amplus)

Hallo,

ich hab aktuell bzw schon immer einen Vertrag für Internet bei der Telekom.

So ich warte schon lange darauf das die Telekom weiter bei uns ausbaut. (Bis jetzt leider nicht)

Vor ca. 2Jahren baute bei uns im Ort die FA.Amplus aus (Glasfaser)

So da ich aber nicht zu diesem Anbieter wechseln möchte weil erstens schlechter Service, ständige verbindungsabbrüche und total Überteuert... (weis ich von eineigen leuten aus meinen Ort).
Darum wollte ich fragen ob es nicht möglich ist das ich bei der Telekom bleibe und die mir das Schnelle Internet über die von der FA.Amplus verlegten Glasfaserleitungen herstellen? Oder geht das nicht?
Die Telekom müsste doch den Bestandskunden auch eine lösung zu schnellem Internet bereistellen oder ?

    Müssen muss sie nicht.

     

    Generell geht das nur, wenn eine Kooperation besteht. Mit AMPlus besteht aktuell aber kein Kooperationsvertrag, von daher ist es nicht möglich.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
