Kündigung Hausanschluss nach Inbetriebnahme Glasfaser

Hallo Community,

folgende Situation und daraus resultierender Frage: Vorderhaus und mein Haus in sog. 2. Reihe. Ehemals 1 Eigentümer. Der Erbe des Vorderhauses hat verkauft. Vorderhaus mit Telekom- APL außen, mein Telekom-Anschluss (ohne eigene APL ) kommt aus dem Vorderhaus, lediglich eine Aufputz- TAE bei mir im Eingansgbereich. Daran angeschlossen (mit entsprechender Unterputz-Verkabelung innen) MagentaZuhauseM, das seit Jahren störungsfrei läuft.

Eigentümer Vorderhaus hat sich jetzt im Rahmen der Nachfragebündelung der DG für Glasfaser entschieden. Falls es zum Ausbau kommt, wird der Telekomvertrag für das Vorderhaus durch DG rechtzeitig gekündigt.

Meine Frage: könnte das bedeuten, dass ich nach der Kündigung für das Vorderhaus ohne Telefon/Internet dastehe?

    Eine GEE besteht immer wenn die Post einen APL gebaut hat
    (bei der Telekom heißt das dann GNV ),
    eine GEE wird nicht im Grundbuch eingetragen, gilt aber weiterhin für das Grundstück

    (die ältesten GEE die ich im IV-System eingetragen habe waren von 1929;
    da waren die Häuser im Ort noch nummeriert, erst später kam Strassenname + Hausnummer,
    (über alte Flurpläne + Telefonnummern konnte ich das Gebäude identifizieren)

    ist klar das nach Vererbung + Verkauf, der Grundstückseigentümer davon nix mehr weiß

    aber selbst so eine alte GEE ist heute noch gültig.)

    Die GEE ist nach TKG vorgeschrieben. Auch die DG erwartet eine solche Vereinbarung .

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
