Kündigung Computerhilfe M über das Kundencenter

Guten Tag,

 

ich versuche, die Computerhilfe M über das Kundencenter zum 03.12.2018 zu kündigen. Leider ist das überhaupt niccht möglich, ich soll irgendetwas hochladen um meine Kündigung überhaupt wegschicken zu können.......

Da ich mit der Deutschen Telekom bereits in der Vergangenheit sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, Einschreiben, auf die überhaupt nicht reagiert wurde....., versuche ich es jetzt auf diesem Wege.....

    vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag und herzlich willkommen auf unserer Community.

    Über das Kundencenter sollte es eigentlich funktionieren, in dem man auf "Abmelden" geht und es wird nichts Weiteres verlangt. Scheint wohl gerade ein temporärer Fehler zu sein.

    Ich habe gerade mit Ihrer Frau telefoniert.
    Die Abmeldung des Dienstes erfolgt zum 5. November 2018 (Anmeldung war zum 4. November 2016). Die Bestätigung hierzu erhalten Sie per E-Mail.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
