Internet Vertrag auf Mitbewohner umschreiben

Guten Tag,

 

Ich lebe aktuell in einer WG und der Telekom (Internet, Festnetz, Entertain) Vertrag läuft auf mich. Da ich demnächst ausziehe würde ich diesen gerne auf einen meiner Mitbewohner überschreiben.

 

Er ist jedoch nur bereit den Vertrag zu übernehmen, wenn dadurch nicht die Vertragslaufzeit verlängert wird, da er vermutlich ebenfalls  innerhalb der nächstne 12 Monate ausziehen wird.

 

Daher zwei Fragen:

1)Kann ich den Vertrag auf meinen Mitbewohner überschreiben? Wann/Wo geht das? Bislang habe ich das richtige Formular noch nicht gefunden.

 

2) Verlängert sich der Vertrag (etwa wie bei einem Umzug) durch das Übertragen automatisch?

      Vielen Dank,

       

      ich glaube allerdings, dass dies das falsche Formular ist, da es um einen "neuen" vertrag geht. 

      Weder ich, noch mein Mitbewohner möchte jedoch einen neuen Vertrag abschließen, sondern lediglich einen bestehenden übernehmen.

      Damit wollte ja @Gelöschter Nutzer

       

      gleichzeitig die zweite Frage beantworten. Bei Vertragspartnerwechsel fängt für den nächsten WG Bewohner eine neue laufzeit an ! Dafür behält er die MSN´s und spaart sich den neu anschluß hick hack und du bist deinen Vertrag los.

       

      Wenn er dann mal auszieht macht er es mit dem nächsten genau so oder nimmt durch regulären Umzug den Anschluß mit...
