Internet speed is too low

Last few weeks I am struggling with Internet speed. It never goes more than 10 Mbps with my 250 Mbps connection. I changed router, repaired connection several times but it didn't change. I do not know what to do.

      Wich router? And test the speed with a LAN-connection, not with WLAN.

      thanks for reaching out, I'm very sorry to hear that! Do you know if the low speed occurs only on Wi-Fi or also via LAN cable? Is the speed consistently this low or do you sometimes reach the expected speed?

      We probably need to take a look at this in the system, so please provide me with a time window in which I can reach you by phone.

      Thank you! I have not checked with LAN wire but Wi-Fi speed is extremely low consistently. I get the desired speed after repairing with Magenta Mobile and restarting router. But only for few mins. The speed then immediately goes down. I have now Speedport 7 with a mobile fault booster. The besser LAN model.   I will be available tomorrow anytime after 11 AM to talk. 11 AM will be the best time or after 2:00 PM to talk. Many thanks

      Please run a test on this page: https://www.breitbandmessung.de/test Use a wired LAN connection to your PC or laptop. Please post the results of the LAN test. Anything we see is a Wi-Fi test, which is meaningless. Thank you!

      Okay, as suspected. The problem lies with your home network. A technician coming to fix it will be chargeable.
      
      Wi-Fi measurements have different characteristics. They take into account the materials of the walls, underfloor heating, plants, and aquariums

      Thanks! I do not mind paying but I have limitations in terms of where I can place the router. Do you think buying a booster will help? For example this one https://www.telekom.de/shop/wlan-und-router/telekom/hashtag-noch-mehr-wlan/speedport?tariffId=-1&hardwareOnlySale=true
