Internet speed is throttled

Hello Support,
From 2nd of Oct, my internet speed is throttled to 32Mbps.
I did a full reset of my speedport modem, tried fixing via magenta app, as it says to reset broadband line, tired but no luck. Could you check from your end ? From 2nd Oct I tried multiple speed test at different hours, still the download speed never goes beyond 32Mbps.
btw, on the modem, DSL connection uplink speed is around 60Mbps and downlink speed is at 12Mbps, which looks fine modem end.

Hey, full disclosure: I'm not support but just another user on the community.
May I ask how you measure the 32 Mbit/s? Is it via WLAN or LAN? If WLAN, would you be able to do a test via LAN connection? In case it's fast via LAN, then the WLAN needs sorting out, otherwise one would need to look at the DSL connection.
Also, what router are you using?

I own Speedport W921V. Easy support is enabled, may be Telekom can do a remote diagnostic.

Ok. Maybe, before we call the official support here, let's try one last thing: You can have your line tested automatically and if it fails the system will let you file a ticket with customer care. Please go here and click "Diagnose starten". The process should be relatively simple.
If this does not work, let us know here and I'll highlight this thread to the team.
