Internet not working

Hello, I have not been able to use my newly purchase WiFi. I was only able to use it on Wednesday, 03.03.2021. Afterwards it’s no longer working. My router is a Fritzbox 7590. 


i need your help urgently.

      I have tried and keep trying. It keeps bouncing me off, saying I’m inputting a wrong number. I’m just super frustrated.
