Internet falls repeatedly since five days

Our internet connection(Magenta M) drops repeatedly. It has been five days. I checked the router and follow the procedure fritzbox suggested. However, it didn't help. There seems to be no problem with the router. Chat bot in telekom restarted connection line several times and it works for few minutes. Later, it just drops sporadically.

      Do you use  PowerLAN ?
      Has the line been checked?

      Update: @Chill erst mal , @Johannes P.  It was indeed a bad contact point at the connection line in our keller. Someone recently connected a short wire to the line by twisting together and later connected to the main line in our house. Someone must have changed the connection and problem appears. Now, it's all fixed and internet has been working good as it had been since a  year.
