Internet connection drops repeatedly

It has happened 3 evenings in a row now during video meetings, that the internet connection drops repeatdly (10 times in an hour). No issue during afternoon meetings. Any advice? Thank you.

Which contract do you have, which router and other networking devices do you use? Is your PC connecting via Wi-Fi or LAN? Does your router lose the DSL sync when this happens (check the system log? If this happens only in the evening, the culprit might be a device causing electrical interference. A defective power adapter or even a low quality LED bulb (im your flat or in the neighbourhood) can cause this if you have a SVDSL (MagentaZuhause XL) connection.
You should first inititiate a line check via the Kundencenter website and report an incident if necessary.
