Interent extrem langsam

Ich habe seit ein paar Tagen extrem langsames Internet (siehe screenshot des Speedtests) obwohl mir die Telekom 20 MBit zugesichert hat. Das Phänomen tritt sowohl bei Anschluss des Rechners mittels LAN-Kabel (Cat7) wie auch im WLAN auf. Was kann ich tun? Kann jemand helfen?
