Hybrid LTE Option nach Kündigungsrücknahme für neuen Auftrag

Hallo zusammen,

 

Kurz zum Verständnis: ich habe derzeit:

MagentaZuhause L - MagentaTV Smart
Hybrid LTE
Geschwindigkeit Internet-Zugang VDSL 100
RTL+ Premium
SIM-Karte für Ihren Router
Disney+ by Telekom 12 M Option

 

Und hatte den Anschluss fristgerecht zu Anfang Mai 2023 gekündigt.

Es kam jetzt schon sehr zeitig ein Anruf von der Kundenrückgewinnung, dieser schilderte ich dann auch, dass ich am Fernsehen nicht mehr interessiert bin und nur das Internet (VDSL) sowie die Hybrid Option möchte sowie Disney Plus weiterhin aber behalten möchte.

 

Es wurde mir dann auch so als möglich bestätigt und ein Angebot gemacht.

In der Auftragsbestätigung steht:

MagentaZuhause L
Geschwindigkeit Internet-Zugang VDSL 100
Disney+ by Telekom 12 M Option
Heimnetz-Diagnose

 

hier fehlt jetzt die Hybrid LTE Option ?

 

Weiter steht noch 

Entfallende Leistungen
Ihr bisheriger Vertrag MagentaZuhause L - MagentaTV Smart sowie die dazu gebuchten Leistungen entfallen zum XXX

 

da steht halt nicht explizit die Hybrid LTE Funktion aber "dazu gebuchte Leistungen"

 

 

Jetzt ist die Frage ist da etwas falsch gelaufen und ich habe kein Hybrid LTE im Angebot ?

Oder ist es dennoch weiterhin als aktive Option auch im neuen Anschlussvertrag dabei ?


Denn Hybrid LTE ist ein muss da hier nur maximal 60/20 ankommt und ich mit dem LTE aber auf 100-120/50-60 komme.

    Ja, nachdem ich mit mehreren Disponenten sowie einem Subunternehmen am Mittwoch gesprochen hatte wurde dann aber entschieden von einem netten Herrn in Abstimmung mit mir ein kurzfristiger Termin für Freitag.

    Nicht mit dem Subunternehmen, da diese nie einen Auftrag hatten (laut deren Aussage) und zeitlich relativ unflexibel waren, sondern mit 2 netten Telekom Mitarbeitern die gegen 15.30 bei mir waren und in weniger als 2 Stunden war alles sauber und funktionstüchtig verlegt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
