Help with Set up a fiber optic connection

Hello, 

I'm writing because my new fiber optic connection was activated yesterday, but no technician came for the installation.

To complete the activation, the online portal is asking for a fiber ID. I've looked everywhere in my apartment but can't find it.

Could you please let me know who I should contact to get this sorted out?

      thank you for the very nice call.

      I'll look for a solution for you. Since there seems to be no fiber socket installed inside your flat, we have to take care of that. Especially because my system thinks there actually is a socket installed. 😅

       

      You mentioned there were boxes outside the flat? In the staircase or where exactly? If you could provide a photo of what is existing, that would be great. 🙂

      Das ist ein Etagenverteiler. Aber da dort weder eine Wohnungsleitung noch eine Steigleitung hineinführt, würde ich sagen, dass die Gewerksvorbereitung noch gar nicht abgeschlossen ist.

      good news for you. 😁

      As already mentioned you will keep the connection with your former provider until the new connection with us is activated and usable.

       

      Concerning the connection with us, there's still need for a fiber socket to be installed in your apartment. For that an appointment is needed and can be chosen by you. For that you'll receive an e-mail with appointment options. After that is done, everything should work. 🙂
