Help with home internet

Hello,

so i have problem with home internet. I dont speak german very good so calling kundenservice is not help for me and i can’t reach to nobody who speaks english. 
my home internet is not working from december 2020 and i really need help about that situation. 
another problem is that i need New sim Card for a mobile number. Please,help me or let someone contact me who speaks english.

      Register your contract.

      in the right corner below, click
      Mehr > Hilfe bei Störungen > Hilfe bei bestehender Störung
      > Internet
      > Telefonie
      > TV
      > Dienste
      > Totalausfall
      > Weiter (this mean Next)

      It's start a diagnose.

      In the end you can leave a ticket.

       

      The app needs internet access, so maybe you have to turn on the on your phone, also.

      Alright. I had a look at your line, and it looks like there is something wrong with the whole line. I'll send a technician that will check the line tomorrow. In this case the technician doesn't need to visit your flat. If he needs to he'll give you a quick call.

      Can you also add the number where you need a new Sim-Card to your profile? So I can send you a new one.

      Perfect, I just sent out the new SIM-Card (inactive) As soon as the SIM-Card arrives at your place you can activate the new one.

      currently, the technicians' order is worked on by a subcontractor of ours.

      These colleagues will try and contact you again within 3 days from the first appointment on, which would have been on wednesday.
      I'm sorry the solution still delays Traurig

      Please get back to us if you shouldn't receive their call / info before monday. If you, we'll need to call them up ourselves to find out about it.
