Fritzbox 7360 EWE

Hallo,

 

versuche seit Gestern die Zugangsdaten der Telekom in die Fritzbox 7360 einzugeben. Die Fritzbox hat ein EWE Branding .

 

Bei Zugangsdaten gibt es nur 2 Felder:

 

Benutzername

Kennwort

 

Was muss dort eingetragen werden?

 

Laut Zugangsdaten habe ich 4 Nummern:

 Zugangsnummer

Persönliches Kennwort

Anschlusskennung

Mitbenutzernummer

    Eingabe Benutzername:

    Geben Sie nacheinander und ohne Leerzeichen folgende Nummern ein:

    AnschlusskennungT-Online-Nummer#Mitbenutzernummer@t-online.de

    So sollte Ihr Benutzername dann aussehen:

    00012345678955012345678#0001@t-online.de

    Wenn Ihre T-Online-Nummer weniger als 12 Stellen enthält, muss zwischen der T-Online-
    Nummer und der Mitbenutzernummer das Zeichen “#” stehen.

    Eingabe Kennwort:

    In dieses Feld tragen Sie Ihr Zugangskennwort ein, dass Sie von T-Online,
    bzw. von Telekom per Post erhalten haben.

    Puh, das ist ja noch die gute alte 6er Firmware im Comic-Design

    Bild nicht vorhanden

     

    Hast Du VLAN7 konfiguriert? Ich weißt nicht ob die Einstellung in dieser alten Software schon existiert und an der gleichen Stelle ist wie bei den heutigen Firmwareversionen. Guck mal ob du unter

     

    Internet -> Zugangsdaten -> Internetzugang -> Verbindungseinsetellungen ändern

     

    den Punkt "VLAN für den Internetzugang verwenden" findest und trage dort (falls noch nicht geschehen) bei VLAN-ID den Wert 7 ein. PBit lässt Du auf 0.

    Das war der fehlende Parameter.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
