Frage zu aktuellen Rechnung

Hi. Habe grad mal meine aktuelle Rechnung fürs Internet gecheckt. Dort ist mir aufgefallen das mir für Megasport ab 21.08.24 anteilig etwas berechnet wird obwohl ich Megasport zum 20.08.24 gekündigt hatte. Die Bestätigungsmail für die Kündigung hatte ich auch erhalten. 

Würde mich über einen Rückruf freuen. Bin heute erreichbar. Daten sind im Profil hinterlegt.

    Hallo @Papa_Baer, 

     

    wie eben auch am Telefon gesagt, du musst dir absolut keine Gedanken machen. 

     

    Zu viel in Rechnung gestellten Entgelte werden in der nächsten Rechnung tagesgenau gutgeschrieben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
