Firestick Internet Verbindung

Hallo Freunde,

 

ich habe seit graumer Zeit das Problem, dass sich mein Amazon Fire Stick nicht so richtig mit meinem Router verbinden will.

 

Es liegt eindeutig am Router/Internet, da sich mein Firestick mit meinem Handy(Hotspot) wunderbar verbindet und ich auch so TV gucken kann.

 

Ich bitte um Ratschläge/Lösungsansätze. Vielen dank im voraus.

      Die Frage ist erstmal .. welcher der 20 FireTV Sticks hast du?

      Einige von denen können im 5GHz Band kein DFS , nutzen daher nur Kanäle unter 100.

      Hi, es ist der Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen).

      Mit meinem Handy Hotspot funktioniert es tadellos. Mit meinem WLAN funktioniert es eben nicht immer.

      Hallo @AlpayUe,

       

      ist das eine direkte Verbindung, oder wird ein Repeater genutzt? Wie weit ist der Stick vom Router entfernt?

      Bitte nenne uns einmal die Firmware die auf den Geräten installiert ist.
