I hope you are all doing well. 


I have received the appointment email for my fiber optic connection in my apartment, but the question is that I haven't received the contract confirmation from Telekom yet. When can I expect the activation date for my fiber optic connection? I only have the order no. but not the customer number etc. 

Can anyone please help me out on this?


P.S.: Will I receive the setup link on the day of my connection appointment?
