Festplatte wird nicht erkannt

Liebe Kollegen vom tech. Support,

seit einiger Zeit erkennt mein Entertain MR400 die Festplatte nicht mehr. Ich habe so ziemlich alles versucht: Software update, re-boot, alles mit LAN Kabel direkt zum Router. Ohne Erfolg.

Könnt Ihr mir bitte helfen?
