gibt es eine Festnetz Flat ohne IP-Telefonie, also ohne Router?

Bei der Hotline habe ich widersprüchliche Informationen erhalten.

Kann man einen alten Festnetz Vertrag ohne Flat auf die Comfort Flat für 31,95€ umstellen?

Ich weiß, dass Verträge mit Router und Internet teilweise billiger sind.
