Es ist ein allgemeiner Fehler bei der IP-Telefonie aufgetreten: Diese Aktion ist nicht möglich. (SIP Fehlercode 403) (V007)

Hello,

 

I have tried to register & activate my phone number for the first time yesterday, but I'm getting the following error in the system logs:

"23.08.2017 09:49:24  Es ist ein allgemeiner Fehler bei der IP-Telefonie aufgetreten: Diese Aktion ist nicht möglich. (SIP Fehlercode 403) (V007)"

 

I also tried to login using my actual email & password, rather than the default ("anonymous@t-online.de") -- but the error remain the same with no other messages in the log.

 

I have a Speedport W 724v Typ C -- and have activated Easy Support in order for the tech support to remotely fix this issue if it's remotely possible.

 

PS: I can read German if you can read English. Simply reply please in whatever language you feel is easier for you & helpful to others.

      Welcome to the Telekom hilft Community.

      Have you the router ever re-started and then tried again?

      Can you log in to your customer or e-mail center with your e-mail address and password? And do you use the correct e-mail address assigned to the numbers?

      It is best to fill in the fields „Kundennummer“ and / or „Telefonnummer“ in your user data, then I can look at it. Use the following link to get to the right place in your profile http://bit.ly/Kundeninfos.

      Hello Shadi,

      and this seems to be the fault, you should use the Zugangsnumnmer ends up with 52.

      If the Zugangsnummer with 52 at the end is not working, we can sent you a new password for this. Therefor we need an email adress, you mobile phone number we got already. You will get the new data in a password secure document sent in an email, the password will be sent by SMS.

      I can not call you tomorrow between 9:30 am-12:30 pm, because I'm only from 1 pm in the service.But today I am here until 9 pm.

      good news, I did request new "Zugangsdaten" and I could connect then register the VOIP numbers succesfully this time Fröhlich

       

      But frankly, with so many places to enter an email/password/.. etc, you have a very confusing control panel(s).

       

      Anyway, thank you for your help and have a nice weekend (in advance).

      Also thank you for the open words. I can understand you, sometimes is realy confusing, especially if you have two Zugangsnummern.
