My spoken language is English, although I have been having reasonable service from Telekom, I do have reservations about the service. I was signed up to a Mengenta home service which I don't require (I do not speak German) I am not allowed to cancel the contract. Now I have a problem with my Internet access which is now an important requirement for me to complete my daily work. I raised a ticket for support as soon as I spoke to somebody they told me to call a English service which did not reply. I raised a ticket on line, the technician called me today as soon as I said hello they hung up. In my opinion Telekom still seem to provide a poor quality service for customers who do not speak their mother tongue can't finiish the contract soon enough.

No I don't have any numbers blocked, I see some numbers from O. XXX from Telekom which sends me to a link which gives me no help with the problem

I do see that repeatedly but it sends to a German speaking call whcih is hanging up.

thank you for the call. Like we discussed, the router you are currently using is causing the issue.
The solution for now is to buy a new one, if you are having any issues with that or the Telekom Store isn't open, don't hesitate to contact me again.
