My spoken language is English, although I have been having reasonable service from Telekom, I do have reservations about the service.  I was signed up to a Mengenta home service which I don't require (I do not speak German) I am not allowed to cancel the contract.  Now I have a problem with my Internet access which is now an important requirement for me to complete my daily work.  I raised a ticket for support as soon as I spoke to somebody they told me to call a English service which did not reply.  I raised a ticket on line, the technician called me today as soon as I said hello they hung up.  In my opinion Telekom still seem to provide a poor quality service for customers who do not speak their mother tongue can't finiish the contract soon enough.
