English help- house move

Hi,
I’ve been trying for days to set up a move- I move to my new house at the end of this month.
First it was throwing up an “uh oh” error and asking me to call, now it’s telling me the new address is invalid.
Help please :)

Hi @user_e77dd1,
could you please check the contact in your profile? Or are you already moved outside of Germany? If so, when would you be available for a call and what exactly is your intention, is it about a speacial termination because of moving away? If so, we need some documents. 🙂
And please check the customer number too, because I was not able to find a contract.

I’m not moving out of Germany, I just don’t have a German telephone number.
I’m moving house and just need to move my contract although it looks like my current internet speed isn’t available at the new property.

I’m available any time for a callback, I’d like to get this resolved as soon as possible since I’m moving at the end of the month.

I figured it out through the website. I had to change to a hybrid tariff and now I think I’m going to have two Speedports if they send a new one.

As discussed, I was able to book the desired tariff for the new address and set up the move 🙏🏽 You will receive the order confirmation with the move date and the contract conditions by e-mail shortly.
