Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).

"Demnächst" heißt ca. 3 Monate - oder länger... - hängt vor allem ab, ob der Ausbau überhaupt schon beendet ist
oder nicht.
Nach Beendigung des Ausbaus kann es durchaus noch 4 - 6 Wochen dauern, bis das "neue" Netz auch aktiviert wird.
Warum wurde der aktuelle Vertrag gekündigt - zu langsame Geschwindigkeit?

Das ist schon deutlich länger her mit dem Netzausbau. Die Werbung habe ich vor über 2 Monaten bekommen. Den Vertrag bei meinem aktuellen Anbieter habe ich zum Laufzeitende erstmal gekündigt, um mir alle Optionen für einen neuen Vertrag mit schnellerer Geschwindigkeit offen zu halten.

Das war genau der falsche Weg - wie er hier leider so oft geschildert wird.
Wenn der neue Anbieter ab April 2021 den gewünschten Anschluß nicht bzw. nicht die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit
bereitstellen kann, wird der Telekom-Anschluß im April 2021 deaktiviert - Ergebnis: "Tote Hose".
Viel besser wäre es gewesen, dass der n e u e Anbieter den Telekom-Anschluß kündigt - dann hätte die Telekom
eine Weiterversorgungsplficht gehabt, falls der neue Anbieter nicht "liefern" kann.

Der GEKÜNDIGTE Anschluss ist bei einem anderen Anbieter. Überlege halt zur Telekom zu wechseln, wenn mir dort DSL50 angeboten werden kann. Ich hatte mich vielleicht nicht genau genug ausgedrückt. Außerdem kann ich die Kündigung noch jederzeit stornieren.

ja es gibt Neuigkeiten. Ich kann VDSL 50 an deinem Standort buchen.
