DSL LTE über Speedport Hybrid sehr langsam - Congstar (gleiches Netz) deutlich schneller

Liebes Forum, lieber Support,

 

mein "Magenta Zuhause S + Hybrid LTE " (über Speedport Hybrid) enttäuscht mich gerade ziemlich.

Egal ob über Lan-Kabel oder W-Lan und was immer ich im Speedport ein- bzw. umstelle:

Download-Geschwindigkeit dümpelt so bei 10 - 15 Mbit/s - die Uploads sind dagegen doppelt so schnell!

 

Was mich vor allem etwas verwundert:

Zuvor nutzte ich einen Congstar LTE -Tarif als DSL-Ersatz (wohne halt auf dem Land), der doch das gleiche Netz benutzt und im Download eigentlich immer die 40 Mbit/s knackte (und es beim Re-Testen auch weiterhin tut). Hardware: Fritz!Box 6820 LTE

 

Selbes Spiel bei meinem Diensthandy mit Telekom-Tarif. Auch hier ist der Download beinahe vier Mal schneller.

 

Bin da ein bisschen ratlos. Ist dieser "Speedport Hybrid" einfach wenig performant? Oder hat das Gerät evtl. eine Macke? Es werden bei LTE immerhin 3/5 Balken angezeigt und wie gesagt - Congstar und Smartphone greifen doch auf das gleiche Netz zu, sind aber massiv schneller. 

Oder wird da schlichtweg etwas gedrosselt?! Im Vorfeld habe ich von vielen anderen DSL- LTE -Hybrid Kunden der Telekom gelesen, die wohl ähnlich ländlichen wohnen, und hellauf begeistert über die Performance waren/sind.

 

Vielleicht kann man mich ja hier mit Ratschlägen füttern, was ich da falsch mache oder welche Stellschraube man noch drehen könnte.

    Vielleicht als kleine Hilfestellung für alle, die über ein ähnliches Problem stolpern. Bzw. ein riesiges Dankeschön an Andreas für die tollen Ratschläge.

    Die lineare Ausrichtung des Empfängers zum Sender ist der absolute Knackpunkt!

    Vor jedem Fenster meiner Wohnung (halt in entgegengesetzter Richtung zum Sendemast) tat sich nichts - es blieb bei den 15.000 Mbit/s.

     

    Nun habe ich den Speedport Hybrid heute mal ganz banal an die Flurwand gestellt - dahinter der Hausflur und die Hauswand zum offenen Feld in Richtung Ort mit dem Mast.

    Was soll ich sagen: Den ganzen Tag konstant Werte zwischen 50.000 und 60.0000 Mbit/s.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
