DSL ko Magenta Hybrid 5G/LTE and VPN

Hello, 

My DSL is down since this morning (Magenta Hybrid). I tried to contact this number 0800 33 01000 but they hang up. I don't speak German well so I guess it doesn't help. I tried Whatsapp and twitter as well. 

 

I hope you can help me here, as mentionned my DSL is down (orange led on the Speedport Smart 4), I have the 5G / LTE though but for my work I need a VPN and it doesn't reach with the 5G / LTE . Few of my applications doesn't work on 5G / LTE as well (twitter, google trad, twitch, doctolib for example) do you a way to bypass this ? 

 

Can you have a look at my line here if I give you my Kundennummer privately ?

      You can check your line via self-service at https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung

       

      Use browser translation if you do not understand the wording.

      Thank you all for your help.

       

      I’m still a bit worried about the interest of the 5G / LTE . The fact that it’s not working as expected ( VPN , apps…) even though I have a perfect coverage for it.

      Hello @redF0ox,

       

      please log into the menu of your Speedport and go to the wifi settings (name and encryption). 

       

      Then you change the encryption from WPA2/WPA3 to WPA2 only.
