Download nur 4 mbit/s statt 16 mbit/s bei Magenta Zuhause S

Hallo,

 

ich habe nur 4 Mbit/s download und 1.8 Mbit/s upload bei Magenta Zuhause S.

Ich verwende FRITZ!Box 7270 V3.

Die Verfügbarkeitsprüfung hat folgendes ergeben: "MagentaZuhause ist mit bis zu 250 MBit/s im Download und bis zu 40 MBit/s im Upload verfügbar."

Hat jemand eine Idee, wieso ich nicht die 16 Mbit/s bekomme, die bei diesem Tarif geben sollte?

      Kurze Rückmeldung: Die Umstellung von DSL6000 zu DSL16000 hat funktioniert. Habe jetzt laut speedtest 12.67 mbit/s dowload und 2.16 mbit/s upload.
