DHL Paket iPhone SE 2020

Hallo.

Ich habe einen neuen Vertrag unterschrieben 07.05.2020 mit iPhone SE 2020 ..

Ich habe nicht gekrigt DHL Paket Tracknummer aber Telekom Arbeiter hat gesagt 2-3 Tage Lieferung dauert ..

Kann ich wissen was ist loss mit meine Paket und wann es liefern wird?

    Aktuell hat Apple (und andere Hersteller) durch Corona Lieferprobleme.

     

    Die Sendungsnummer bekommen Sie per SMS wenn das Paket gepackt wurde und versandfertig ist.

     

    Hinsichtlich der Sendungsnummer habe ich noch folgenden Tipp:

    Die Sendungsnummer kann die Telekom nur dann per SMS bei Versand des Produktes zuschicken, wenn im Kundencenter unter den Infoservices das Häkchen für Kontakte via SMS gesetzt wurde. Ist dies nicht der Fall, kann Ihnen leider auch keine Sendungsnummer zugeschickt werden.

    Versicherte Pakete von DHL haben immer eine Tracking Nummer, wird nur so versendet.

    Pakete haben bei DHL immer eine Sendungsnummer, welche man verfolgen kann.

    Anders sieht es bei Päckchen und Warensendungen aus. Diese haben zwar auch eine Sendungsnummer, aber man kann diese nicht verfolgen.

     

    Smartphone und andere Technik (Außer Sim/eSim), werden von der Telekom nur im Paket versendet.

    Ich bin ungeduldig aber ich hoffe das Paket kommt bald an

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
