Dec outstanding amount

Hello Telekom Team, 

Happy New Year! 

I’m having an issue with the outstanding internet amount for Dec which I would need your help. I  have a multi-credit amount and have tried to redeem it on the internet bill for Dec. But for some reason, the multi-credit amount wasn’t applied to my bill so I still have an outstanding amount. But my multi-credit balance is deducted to 0. Could you please help me check the issue.
