Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

Bei IPv6 wechselt am Anschluss nur das Prefix, für die privacy Extensions ist das Gerät, bzw. dessen Betriebssystem zuständig.

Das ist alles in Ordnung - Du hast nur nicht ganz verstanden wie das im Internet funktioniert.
Übrigens: Ganz egal welche IP-Adressen Du hast, man kann Dein Gerät egal von welchem Anschluss aus mit großer Sicherheit identifizieren, nennt sich browser fingerprint

Die Datenschutzfunktionen im Speedport sind im Jahre 2019 sowieso nur ein Schönheitsfeature.
Ein Sicherheitsmerkmal kann ich beim besten Willen nicht erkennen.

Ja, die Website kann Deine aktuelle IPv4 und/oder Deine IPv6 sehen.
Anders ginge das ja gar nicht, das wäre ansonsten wie wenn Du der Telekom einen Brief schreibst ohne Deinen Namen und Deine Adresse anzugeben - da käme NIE eine Antwort zurück.
Eine Frage ist ob die website das auch auf Tage hinaus speichert - oder ob das nur ganz kurzzeitig zwischengespeichert wird für die Antwort auf die Anfrage beim Server.
