Change landline contract to mobile postpaid contract

Is it possible for me to change a fixed landline internet contract to a mobile postpaid contract or any other contract?

I am still left with 11 months of the 24-month contract and would like to change the contract as I have another fixed landline contract.

      No, a landline contract cannot be paused.
      Only a mobile contract can be paused for 6 months with a fee.
