If you ordered the contract online or via phone you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the order confirmation without additional costs. Details are listed in the „Widerrufsbelehrung“.

no - the contract cannot be canceled - you can try to change ist, but there is no legal right to do it.

Get in touch with the specific shop where you have ordered the contract and ask whether at all - and if so under which conditions they might be willing to cancel or modify the order/the contract.
You do not have a legal or contractual right to cancel... this is rather a mutual agreement.
The forum teamies will normally not interfere unless there was a major issue with the order/contract, in case the shop has violated Telekom or legal rules.
