Hello,

I signed a contract with a door seller in Dec 2022. The seller said that Telekom was going to install Glassfiber in my building by June 2023, and that, in the meantime I could hire MagentaZuhause L and then make the change to Fiber.

To my surprise, I see in your website that glassfiber is not available yet and not planned in my building.

I would like to cancel my request to change the internet provider and keep my current one,  considering that the start date is in 4 months and I haven´t received any router or anything from Telekom yet (though Im aware that the 14 days lapse has passed).

Would that be possible?
