Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator

An sonsten erst mal in den WLAN-Einstellungen von WP2/WPA3 auf WPA2 wechseln
und den Drucker neu einrichten.

Kein Mischbetrieb WPA2/WPA3
Was du noch machen kannst.
Stell mal den Übertragungsmodus von AX auf AC.
Auch unter WLAN Einstellungen im Speedport

562dw verbindet sich nicht mit speedport smart 4 Plus. Drucker zeigt Installation io .WPA2 Umstellung keine Änderung.Im Speedport ist der Drucker grau hinterlegt.Natürlich ist der Drucker auch eingeschalten.

Bild nicht vorhanden
Vielleicht kann es auch helfen, beiden WLANs (2,4 Ghz und 5 Ghz) im Router unterschiedliche Namen zu geben und den Drucker dann mit dem 2,4er WLAN zu verbinden. Ich habe hier ein Gerät, dass es nur mag, wenn es fest im 2,4er ist.

Auch wenn du schreibst, dass du WPA2 eingestellt hast, schau mal bitte, ob es wie von @Buster01 und @Marcel2605 fest im Router auf WPA2 steht.
Danach den Drucker zurücksetzen und neu verbinden.

@Müller55: Nutzt Du den original WLAN-Schlüssel des Smart 4 Plus? Es gibt Drucker, die nur 12(!) Zeichen unterstützen, der original WLAN-Schlüssel des Smart 4 Plus hat 20. Einfach mal das Gäste-WLAN (Gastzugang)

einrichten, einen WLAN-Schlüsssel mit nur 12 Zeichen eingeben und dort kein Häkchen bei Gäste haben nur Zugang zum Internet setzen.
Funktioniert es dann?
