Hallo, kann mir jemand erklären warum die Box Play nicht startet - ist eine erstinstallation.

Lan Kabel wurde bereits gewechselt und per Laptop überprüft. Auch der Reset auf Werkseinstellungen hat nicht geklappt.

Es ist einfach zum verrückt werden.
