Habe ein Online Bestellung am 14.03. Magentaeins Bestellung zu mein Festnetz Vertrag gemacht. Auftragsbestätigung per Email 15.03 bekommen.

17.03 Chat sagte mir das es abgelehnt wurde trotz Auftragsbestätigung ? Bitte um kurze Abhilfe
