Alte Media Receiver löschen

Hallo zusammen, ich habe Entertain Tv Plus und habe soeben meinen alten Mr400 und 3x Mr200 abgebaut und gegen neue getauscht.

Erstmal hammer, die reagieren gefühlt 20 mal so schnell wie die Alten.

Beim umbenennen bekomme ich nun die Meldung das der Name schon vergeben ist und auch in der Entertain TV App tauchen die alten Receiver auf. Leider kann ich nirgends finde wie ich die alten Receiver löschen kann, was ich gerne würde. Könnt ihr mir da nen Tipp geben? Danke vorab

    Die verschwinden von allein aus den Sytemen, selbst eingreifen kannst Du da nicht.

    @Bollek,
    damit ist die Zuordnung im Router gemeint oder? Diese kann manuell angepasst werden.

    Vielen Dank Heike. Kann mir jemand auch sagen wann endlich die beiden bestellten Receiver 201 aus dem Migrationsprogramm geliefert werden. Bestellt wurden diese am 25.04.2019!!!

    die Endgeräte wurden am 8. Mai an einen Familienmitglied ausgeliefert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
