Telekom Mail App läuft nicht mehr auf meinem Redmi 4X

Hallo zusammen,

Die Telekom Mail App läuft seit Mitte dieses Jahres (2019) nicht mehr auf meinem Smartphone (vorher einwandfrei).

Sie wird im Playstore für mein Smartphone angeboten. Mehrfache De- und Neuinstallation hilft nicht.

Sie lässt sich installieren. Nach dem Öffnen erscheint das "Konto-Typ wählen"- Display.

Nach OK auf "Telekom (t-online.de)" erscheint das Telekom Mail Symbol mit gleichlautender Schrift darunter.

Darunter ein kleiner aktiver Ring, der wohl eine Suche symbolisiert.

Das geht stundenlang, sonst passiert nichts.

Alle Updates und Berechtigungen vorhanden.

Die ebenfalls installierte Magenta App läuft tadellos.

Smartphone Redmi 4X (auf anderen Xiaomi-Modellen läuft die App übrigens)

Android 7.1.1N2G47H mit Sicherheitspatch Level 2018-10-01

MIUI-Version  MIUI Global 11.0.2. / Stable 11.0.2.(NAMMIXN)

 

Für einen Rat wäre ich doch sehr dankbar.

    Hallo @GWH,

    leider ist etwas schief gelaufen, sodass Ihre Nachricht mich erst jetzt erreichte. Für meine späte Reaktion bitte ich jedenfalls vielmals um Entschuldigung. Die Einschränkungen mit der Telekom Mail App sind uns bekannt und der Fehler mit einem Update gefixt. Weitere Informationen liegen uns derzeit nicht vor.

    Dann lässt sich ja im Moment nichts weiter machen. Von Abwarten abgesehen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
