Hallo Lilia, das Problem wurde wie folgt gelöst.
Es scheint ein Problem mit der Verwendung von Cookies oder anderen Browsern zu geben. Ich habe den original Samsung Browser auf dem Smartphone wieder eingestellt und die Telekom Mail App lässt den Login wieder zu. Der Fehler tritt jetzt nicht mehr auf.
