Sync-Plus startet nicht mehr

Hallo,

seit Mitte Dezember startet und syncronisiert Sync-Plus bei mir nicht mehr. Es kommt nur kurz die Eieruhr und dann nichts. Keine Fehlermeldung.

Neuinstallation hilft nicht weiter. Kann jemand helfen?

      Hallo @HyperDoc_1, herzlich willkommen in unserer Telekom hilft Community.

      Zunächst bitte ich die späte Antwort zu entschuldigen. Wenn ich Ihren Beitrag richtig verstanden haben, hat Sync Plus schon einmal in der gleichen Konstellation funktioniert. Wurde von Ihnen etwas verändert? Eine Fehlermeldung erhalten Sie gar nicht? Oder funktioniert es inzwischen wieder?

      Bei mir hat es gereicht, im genannten Ordner lediglich die Datei "configuration.xml" zu löschen. Die Datei war leer (warum auch immer, ich hatte nichts geändert). Beim nun erfolgreichen Neustart von Sync-Plus wurde sie neu angelegt und ist jetzt gefüllt.

      Hallo, leider gibt es den Ordner Appdata bei mir nicht. Oder er wird nicht angezeigt.

      So einfach kann es sein, alle paar Monate funktioniert SyncPlus bei mir nicht, dann such ich mir einen Wolf im Forum, habe noch im Hinterkopf, das alles ohne neue Installation funktioniert hat. Bei mir ist es tatsächlich wie beschrieben - bei folgenden Ordner alle Dateien löschen "c:/Benutzer/Benutzername/AppData/Roaming/Telekom/Sync-Plus/ " und SyncPlus startet wieder. Jetzt habe ich mir den Käse Notiert, Post It an den Monitor geheftet, dann dauert es das nächste mal 2 Minuten, damit SyncPlus wieder läuft. Jedoch finde ich es traurig, dieses Problem gibt es schon seit Jahren und wird nicht in den Griff gebracht.

      Hallo,

       

      Sync Plus funktioniert auf meinen Windows 10 Rechner nicht mehr.Outlook 2019.

       

      Habe mal den Ordner Benutzer/AppaData/Roaming/Telekom gelöscht dann neu installiert, dann Fehlermeldung siehe Anhang.

      Hallo @Ralph17,

       

      das heißt also, wenn du normal in Outlook in die Kontakte gehst, sind alle Kontakte da, aber wenn du eine Mail schreibst, stehen sie in der Kontaktauswahl nicht zur Verfügung? Dann ist offenbar der zugehörige Kontakteordner nicht dafür ausgewählt, dass er für Mails verwendet werden soll. Du siehst den Kontakte-Ordner? Dann gehst du, soweit ich weiß, da mit Rechtsklick drauf und dann auf Eigenschaften und unter Outlook-Adressbuch müsstest du einen entsprechenden Haken setzen können. So habe ich es zumindest noch im Kopf. Gib gern eine Rückmeldung, ob das geholfen hat.
